All BORN UNMARKED products are made to order and shipped directly from our fulfilment partner.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate before placing an order. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our fulfilment partner to provide an appropriate resolution.
If you would like to return an item for any other reason, please contact us before sending anything back.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If you are a consumer in the UK you also have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, tell us at support@bornunmarked.com within that time, then send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving it back. Please return items unworn and in their original condition.
